Leo James was born 18th June after a Caesarean birth due to baby being in the breech position. He is Ellen and Andy’s second baby after a traumatic first birth. They used their Hypnobirthing skills to help them make a decision that they were happy with.

“Although I ended up having a c section the techniques really kept me calm and positive throughout and really helped us make informed decisions. Although it wasn’t the birth I thought it would be, it ended up being perfect for us and I got to cherish the moments I was deprived of first time round.
