Karen and Gary were told that their baby was breech in late pregnancy. They tried a range of techniques to encourage baby to turn, however baby remained breech. They used the skills taught in class to help them make an informed decision that they were happy with. They decided to opt for an elective Caesarian birth.

‘We welcomed Imogen Nell on the 10th of June who was born by emergency c section. I was booked in for an elective c section on the 12th but clearly she had other ideas as my waters broke early. I got to use my hypnobirthing techniques when I started going into labour as they were deciding when to do the surgery also it made the c section itself such a calm and positive experience and I have you to thank for that’
