My partner is really skeptical about Hypnobirthing, will it still work for us?

In my experience this can be quite common. Perhaps they are suspicious about hypnosis or maybe like my own husband when we started Hypnobirthing, they think it must be too good to be true.

Hypnobirthing will be successful whether or not either of you are skeptical. Understanding the course material and practicing the techniques is the important part. In addition it is very rare for a person to be skeptical after completing the course, usually at the end of the first class they can see what a wonderful, rational course it is and how it will positively impact on the birth of their child.
